The reception staff were dedicated. Uluwsha was customer oriented. The breakfast was good (i liked the variety!).

amazing location friendly staff complimentary water

I really enjoyed my stay. the location was amazing, so close to oxford street! the staff were super friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the complimentary water we got every day. What a nice touch.

central stay close to oxford street

attentive staff oxford street bag storage

i stayed for a few nights and found some aspects particularly positive. the hotel is very close to oxford street, it was easy to walk there. i found the staff helpful , they were attentive to my needs. i was also pleased the hotel stored my bags after checkout.

the room i stayed in was not very spacious , this was a bit disappointing. i have stayed in other hotels with more room. it was difficult to move around freely with luggage.
